Mercure Szczyrk Resort

When we got to the hotel, they had some troubles with our original room. They nicely asked us to wait while they allocate our new room and offered us a drink each on the house, to say sorry and thank you for waiting. We had a choice of beer, wine, fizzy or soft drinks. It took them about half an hour but they kept coming to notify us of the progress and check we were okay. The room was stunning with a long balcony looking directly at Skrzyczne. The next day we bought breakfast and it was lovely! Huge selection of food and best part was filling up on coffees, juices and smoothies as many times as you like.

Staff were lovely and helpful especially those in the flame restaurant and wow bar very accommodating and attentive facilities were amazing the pool/spa area is fantastic
